Twelve districts in Maharashtra have achieved 100 per cent distribution of voter enumeration forms as part of the Special Summary Revision (SIR), Deccan Herald reports. The districts are Jalgaon, Buldhana, Wardha, Gadchiroli, Chandrapur, Yavatmal, Hingoli, Parbhani, Ahmednagar, Ratnagiri, Sindhudurg and Kolhapur.
