The deceased, a resident of Tehri Garhwal, was discovered by his elder brother, who noticed the van parked suspiciously and approached it. The brother found him hanging from a thin white rope tied to the left exterior cargo rail of the pickup. Police have sealed the site, called a forensic field unit, and sent the body for postmortem.
