A structural audit by the Vasai-Virar City Municipal Corporation (VVCMC) has declared Roshni Apartments in Nalasopara, Palghar, beyond repair after a balcony collapse forced the evacuation of 250 residents on Saturday. The 10-year-old building has been tagged C1, fit for immediate demolition.
