Seven people, including a Delhi-based hawala operator allegedly working for wanted gangsters Deepak Nandal and Himanshu Bhau, have been arrested for extorting businessmen, realtors and music producers across multiple states, Hindustan Times reports. Police said the operator transferred the money to the duo hiding abroad. The arrests were made across Haryana between August 8 and 12. Four pistols, 18 live cartridges and six phones were recovered. Police said the gang operated in Gurugram, Delhi-NCR, western Uttar Pradesh and parts of Rajasthan, targeting Bollywood and Haryanvi music industry producers, builders and traders for crores of rupees.
