# Thai teen kills 7 in school shooting near Bangkok

A 14-year-old boy shot dead his grandparents at home, then opened fire at Debsirin Nonthaburi School near Bangkok, killing five people before turning the gun on himself, police said. Seven people died in total, including the gunman. Nine others were critically injured, and more than 20 were hurt. The shooter used his grandfather's 9mm handgun and fired at least 26 rounds, police reported. Thailand's Prime Minister Anutin Charnvirakul said the suspect was under stress over his studies and had planned the attack.
