The Air India flight from Phuket to Delhi that suddenly lost about 300 feet of altitude on August 4 suffered multiple technical glitches, including triple hydraulic failures and an autopilot disconnect, sources told India Today. The Airbus A320 aircraft VT-EXO was cruising when the autopilot disconnected, the co-pilot took manual control, and a flight-control stall message appeared. At least 17 passengers and crew were injured.
