The Allahabad High Court on Friday dismissed a PIL challenging the closure of non-vegetarian food shops on the Kanwar Yatra route in Amroha district during the Sawan month. The court said the petition, filed by advocate Nasir Farooq, did not disclose the names of shopkeepers allegedly served with blank closure notices.
