Allu Arjun's next film Raaka, directed by Atlee, is shaping up as the actor's immediate test after the blockbuster success of Pushpa 2. The film is currently under production. Other pan-India stars have struggled to follow up massive franchise hits. Prabhas delivered Saaho after Baahubali 2, which flopped despite a Rs 25 crore Hindi opening. Yash followed KGF 2 with Toxic, and m9.news reports its Hindi opening crossed Rs 40 crore though audience reactions could affect its run. Jr NTR struggled after RRR with Devara and the setback War 2. Ram Charan's Game Changer and Peddi failed after RRR. Atlee has a commercial track record but has faced criticism for lack of original content, according to both m9.news reports. Whether Raaka can break the pattern of post-blockbuster underperformance will be known on its release date.

## Indian Opinion Analysis

Both pieces build a narrative frame around the post-blockbuster curse, but the second article gives specific numbers, Saaho's Rs 25 crore day-1 Hindi net, Devara's Rs 60 crore Hindi lifetime, while the first only names flops without data. The first piece frames Raaka as a risk experiment with Atlee's content concerns, the second treats it as the next career-level test that could lift Allu Arjun above Prabhas and Yash. Both outlets are from the same site, so the variation is editorial choice in the same newsroom. The concrete test will come when the first-day Hindi box office for Raaka is released.
