# Amazon Diwali sale offers deep discounts on premium phones and gadgets 2026-11-02T14:33:08+00:00 | Technology | Indian Opinion Desk Corroboration: 3 independent outlets The Amazon Great Indian Festival Diwali Edition sale is offering steep discounts on premium smartphones and gadgets, with deals on models ranging from the iPhone 16 and Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra to budget accessories under Rs 10,000. Gadgets 360 reports that the sale arrives as a memory-component shortage has driven up phone prices, providing a small window for buyers to purchase at lower rates before Diwali. The Hans India lists Apple's iPhone 16 at Rs 76,999 (Rs 69,999 with an HDFC Bank credit card discount) and Samsung's Galaxy S25 Ultra at Rs 94,999 (Rs 86,999 with the bank offer). Other deals include the OnePlus 15R at Rs 63,999 and the Redmi 15C 5G Prime at Rs 15,999. Amazon has not specified a closing date for the sale. ## Indian Opinion Analysis All three outlets report the ongoing Amazon Diwali sale, but they focus on different price segments. Gadgets 360 frames the sale against a memory-component shortage that has driven up phone prices, while The Hans India provides detailed final prices for phones such as the iPhone 16 and Galaxy S25 Ultra after bank discounts. Times Now covers gift-tech items under Rs 10,000, including earbuds and smartwatches. Since each outlet covers a distinct facet of the same shopping event, the coverage is complementary rather than conflicting. No outlet takes a political stance. The Hans India notes that Amazon has not set an exact closing date. ## Coverage Coverage: 3 sources, 3 neutral - gadgets360.com (neutral report) Flagship phones framed against memory-shortage price rises - thehansindia.com (neutral report) Lists specific model prices and bank discount sums - timesnownews.com (neutral report) Focus on budget gifts under Rs 10,000 This brief was synthesised by AI from the 3 sources linked above, so one read covers every framing they carry.
