# Amazon, Flipkart reveal smartphone and appliance deals before Freedom sales

Amazon has announced Great Freedom Sale discounts on smartphones, televisions, tablets, Echo devices, Fire TV products and home appliances. Offers include up to 65% off on selected appliances and up to 35% off on Echo and Fire TV devices. Shoppers can also use bank, UPI and exchange offers, with HDFC Bank customers eligible for an additional discount of up to 10% on appliances. Amazon’s sale date is not consistent across the reports. Gadgets 360 says it begins on August 7, while its Echo and Fire TV report says all customers can shop from August 8. Flipkart has disclosed prices for selected phones, including the Nothing Phone 4a at Rs. 37,999 and Phone 4a Pro at Rs. 43,999, with no-cost EMI options.
