# Amazon sale slashes Samsung Galaxy A56 5G price by Rs 18,000 2026-10-21T20:56:59+00:00 | Technology | Indian Opinion Desk Corroboration: 1 independent outlet Samsung Galaxy A56 5G is available at Rs 31,999 on Amazon during the Great Indian Festival Sale, down from its MRP of Rs 49,999, a discount of 36 per cent or Rs 18,000. Buyers using an Amazon Pay ICICI Bank credit card can get up to Rs 959 cashback, and an exchange offer gives up to Rs 16,000 extra off, depending on the old phone's model and condition. The phone features a 6.7-inch Full HD+ Super AMOLED display with 120Hz refresh rate, Corning Gorilla Glass Victus+, and an Exynos 1580 processor. It has a triple rear camera setup with a 50MP primary sensor, a 12MP ultra-wide and a 5MP macro lens, plus a 12MP front camera. The device packs a 5000mAh battery with 45W wired fast charging and carries an IP67 dust and water resistance rating. Before buying, customers are advised to check the exact offer terms and exchange value available on their old device. ## Indian Opinion Analysis The discount effectively brings a mid-range 5G phone into the sub-Rs 32,000 bracket, a segment where many Indian buyers shop during the festive season. The exchange offer could push the effective price below Rs 16,000 for some customers, making it competitive against Chinese brands in the same price band. However, the exchange value depends on the old phone's condition and model, so the final out-of-pocket cost will vary. The sale is live now on Amazon. ## Coverage - businesstoday.in Reports product details and discounts without commentary on government or policy This brief was synthesised by AI from the source linked above.
