# Anant Singh’s daughter wedding on 25 Nov with 4 lakh guests 2026-11-08T13:41:28+00:00 | India | Indian Opinion Desk Corroboration: 2 independent outlets JD(U) MLA Anant Singh will marry off his younger daughter Shivangi on 25 November in his ancestral village Nadwan, Bihar. The wedding is expected to host around 4 lakh guests, with arrangements including a horse race where the winner gets a Thar car and the runner-up a motorcycle. Six foreign models from Dubai will also attend, according to TV9 Hindi. Singh said he will invite leaders from all parties, including Chief Minister Nitish Kumar, RJD chief Lalu Prasad Yadav, Leader of Opposition Tejashwi Yadav, and Prime Minister Narendra Modi. Film and entertainment personalities such as actors Sonu Sood and Pawan Singh, singer Maithili Thakur, MP and singer Manoj Tiwari, and actress Akshara Singh have also been invited. Singh said no crackers will be burst to protect the environment. The guest list and the grand scale of the wedding have drawn significant attention. It remains to be seen which of the invitees actually attend the ceremony. ## Indian Opinion Analysis Both Aaj Tak and TV9 Hindi report the wedding plans in a largely neutral, descriptive style, with no government slant. Aaj Tak leads with the 4-lakh guest count and the Thar car prize, framing the event as ‘royal’ and spectacle-driven. TV9 Hindi highlights the six foreign models from Dubai and Pawan Singh’s comment about inviting people from ‘India-Pakistan’ too. Neither outlet questions the expense or the political messaging of inviting all parties. The uniform coverage treats the wedding as a human-interest spectacle rather than a political story, leaving any critical angle unreported. The concrete watch point remains which major invitees confirm attendance by 25 November. ## Coverage Coverage: 2 sources, 2 neutral - aajtak.in (neutral report) Straight description of wedding plans, no editorialising - tv9hindi.com (neutral report) Straight description, adds foreign models and Pawan Singh quote This brief was synthesised by AI from the 2 sources linked above, so one read covers every framing they carry.
