# Anirudh in talks to compose for Sukumar-Ram Charan film 2026-10-11T11:47:08+00:00 | Entertainment | Indian Opinion Desk Corroboration: 2 independent outlets Director Sukumar is set to reunite with Ram Charan for his next project, with the script locked and an announcement expected in November 2026, according to industry buzz. Reports from 123telugu.com and m9.news suggest that music composer Anirudh Ravichander is in talks to score the film, which would mark his first collaboration with Ram Charan. The buzz notes that Sukumar has long worked with Devi Sri Prasad (DSP), but m9.news reports that differences during ‘Pushpa 2’ have raised questions about their future together. 123telugu.com says Anirudh could bring a fresh musical touch, while m9.news highlights scheduling concerns given Anirudh’s existing projects and Sukumar’s lengthy production timelines. Neither outlet has official confirmation. ## Indian Opinion Analysis 123telugu.com frames the story as straight news about an upcoming project, treating the Anirudh buzz as a speculative but neutral development. M9.news, by contrast, foregrounds the break with DSP, calls the change ‘massive’ and flags practical risks around scheduling and musical fit, a more sensationalist and speculative tone. Both outlets agree on the core news: no confirmation yet, announcement expected in November. The balanced reading is that the music director change remains unconfirmed and the reported DSP split is itself rumour, so fans should wait for an official announcement before drawing conclusions. M9.news notes Anirudh’s brand value and the huge expectations his involvement would create. ## Coverage Coverage: 2 sources, 1 neutral, 1 sensationalist - 123telugu.com (neutral report) Straight reporting of buzz, no editorialising on DSP break - m9.news (sensationalist) Leads with DSP replacement, speculates on challenges and hype This brief was synthesised by AI from the 2 sources linked above, so one read covers every framing they carry.
