The shot has become one of the most talked-about moments of the tournament, highlighting Antonsen's reflexes and creativity. The Dane entered the event as a leading contender in men's singles and has a history of podium finishes at the World Championships. Antonsen continues his bid for the title in New Delhi, where the tournament runs through the week. ## Indian Opinion Analysis Anders Antonsen’s no-look winner is a rare highlight in a tournament that has seen few such moments of audacious creativity. The BWF World Championships, held in New Delhi for the first time, carries a total prize purse of $1.25 crore, with the men’s singles champion earning Rs 72 lakh. Antonsen, a silver and bronze medallist from previous editions, is seeded second this year and has a realistic path to the final if he maintains his current form. The next match to watch is his quarterfinal tie, scheduled for Friday, where he faces Indonesia’s Jonatan Christie, a player known for strong net play that could test Antonsen’s improvisation skills. ## Coverage - freepressjournal.in Leads with sensational language ('Absolutely Ridiculous', 'pure brilliance') and focuses on viral video appeal rather than match context or opponent identity.
