Ravichandran Ashwin has suggested Mumbai Indians should ask for Harshit Rana and Rinku Singh from Kolkata Knight Riders if they trade Hardik Pandya. Speaking on his YouTube channel, Ashwin said KKR giving away Cameron Green was possible but warned Green might focus on the Ashes. He called Rana and Rinku the only way MI gets stronger. Both are KKR homegrown players who made India debuts after success with the franchise. Trade rumours around Pandya have grown after KKR posted a social media video featuring him and spinner Varun Chakravarthy. KKR need a captain after Ajinkya Rahane's retirement. Cricbuzz reports KKR and Chennai Super Kings are interested, with Lucknow Super Giants and Rajasthan Royals also linked.
