AXISCADES Technologies shares fell 1.92% to Rs 1,500 on the NSE on Friday after the aerospace and defence technology company reported a June-quarter loss. Revenue reached a record Rs 346.7 crore, up 42.2% year-on-year, but profit after tax turned into a loss of Rs 14.8 crore from a profit of Rs 20.9 crore a year earlier. The company attributed the loss to Rs 21.81 crore in deal costs linked to the proposed sale of its engineering services business to Akkodis, along with provisions, hedge-unwinding charges and hiring costs. Normalised PAT was Rs 20.2 crore. Defence revenue more than doubled to Rs 125 crore, while forecast visibility stood at Rs 4,557 crore.
