BCI Chairman Manan Kumar Mishra announced this on August 9 at the orientation day for IIULER's Batch of 2026. The proposal follows a Supreme Court directive last month, authored by Justice PS Narasimha, who is also IIULER Chancellor. The Court had ordered the BCI to create the Academy for lifelong post-enrolment legal education, stronger ethics, and adaptation to technology. Mishra said that young lawyers from across the country will come to Goa for the training.
