Bharat Electronics (BEL) shares fell 4.46 per cent to Rs 389 on Tuesday after the company reported a 25.2 per cent rise in revenue to Rs 5,533.06 crore in Q1FY27. Net profit rose 8 per cent to Rs 1,048.33 crore. Most brokerages retained a bullish view despite weak order inflows in the quarter. CLSA maintained 'outperform' with a target of Rs 522, while Jefferies and Goldman Sachs lowered targets but kept buy ratings. JP Morgan called BEL its top defence pick, and Nomura was neutral.
