, Banaras Hindu University (BHU), is organising a three-day workshop on sports injury prevention and rehabilitation from April 22 to 24.
The workshop is designed to educate athletes, coaches, and sports enthusiasts on managing and preventing sports injuries.
According to Prof B. C. Kapri, Patron of the Workshop and General Secretary of the University Sports Board, the workshop aims to provide athletes, coaches, physical education professionals, and sports enthusiasts with critical insights into the prevention, management, and rehabilitation of sports-related injuries.
Participants will engage with leading experts through lectures, demonstrations, and hands-on sessions focused on maintaining peak athletic performance while minimising injury risks. The sessions will be conducted in the evening from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM, making it convenient for students to participate without affecting their academic schedules.

said that the University Sports Board is actively organising various games and sports competitions, and in such a scenario, workshops like these have become the need of the hour to ensure the well-being and peak performance of our athletes.
