Bigg Boss Telugu season 10 is under fire from viewers who accuse the makers of favouring certain contestants. Netizens on 19 October called out bias, pointing to a secret-room twist after Shalini’s elimination on Sunday, 18 October, which they believe will help Rohit win. On 17 October, contestant Thrigun deliberately lost a task against Aman to prevent Rohit from gaining captaincy, as per m9.news. The gambit backfired: Auto Ram Prasad became captain instead of any rival. Rohit’s supporters, however, argue he already received strategic advice from wildcard entrant Neethu Natraj. The host will judge Thrigun’s game in the weekend episode on 24 October. The winner of the season will be decided by audience voting.

## Indian Opinion Analysis

m9.news frames Thrigun’s move as a ‘toxic manipulative game’ and a personal vendetta, while deccanchronicle.com takes a wider view, focusing on netizens’ allegations of favouritism and Rohit’s advantages. The former overstates Thrigun’s impact on a single task, the latter emphasises production bias without addressing Thrigun’s action. A balanced reading: Thrigun’s gameplay is one episode in a season facing broader criticism over perceived bias in tasks and eliminations. The next concrete development is the host’s judgement in the weekend episode on 24 October, which both sources refer to.
