BSP chief Mayawati has attacked Samajwadi Party president Akhilesh Yadav for saying the 'P' in his PDA formula could also stand for 'Pandit'. In a post on X, Mayawati accused Akhilesh of 'changing colours like a chameleon' for electoral gain after seeing Brahmins support the BSP. The remark came at a Brahmin Sammelan in Lucknow. The BJP also criticised the outreach. Akhilesh's PDA formula, Pichhde, Dalit, Alpsankhyak, helped the SP dent the BJP in the 2024 Lok Sabha elections.
