The road was approved to link LBS Marg between Off Park Road and the Tansa Pipeline in Mulund West. Kotecha said the road covers plots 543, 544 and 547 in Nahur village and could ease traffic. He alleged that while one section was built, the remaining stretch is unavailable and a nearly 60-storey building now stands there. He has asked that the road be traced and handed over to the Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation.
