# Black Box Q1 net profit up 18% at Rs 56 crore, revenue rises 24%

Black Box Ltd, the digital infrastructure solutions provider and part of Essar, reported 18% year-on-year growth in net profit at Rs 56 crore for the June quarter. Revenue rose 24% to Rs 1,719 crore, the company's highest-ever quarterly figure. Order book surged 83% to Rs 8,986 crore. The company also secured a $131 million (Rs 1,240 crore) order from a new U.S.-based global Tier-1 hyper-scaler for a major data centre project in the U.S., to be delivered over roughly three years. Separately, Black Box received Rs 386 crore from warrant conversion.
