# Boldfit seeks $80-100 million at Rs 3,000-4,000 crore valuation

Boldfit, the direct-to-consumer fitness brand run by Bling Brands Pvt Ltd, has begun raising $80-100 million from private equity funds at a valuation of Rs 3,000-4,000 crore, Livemint reports. The company has mandated Avendus as its advisor. Funds including Sofina, Verlinvest and Venturi Partners are expected to be approached, along with Motilal Oswal’s private equity arm and Kedaara Capital. Founded in 2019 by Pallav Bihani and Aasshna Guptaa, Boldfit tripled operating revenue to Rs 139.70 crore in FY25 from Rs 73.71 crore a year earlier. Net profit rose slightly to Rs 16.81 crore from Rs 15.71 crore. The brand competes with Cult.Fit, HealthKart, Puma, Nike, and Decathlon. India’s fitness industry is projected to grow at 15% CAGR to $4.5 billion by 2028.
