Corroboration: 2 independent outlets

Brahmanandam's elder brother, Sri Vadan, has made an emotional appeal over their estranged relationship, saying the actor recently visited their hometown but did not speak to him. In a viral video and interviews with Telugu news channels, Vadan said four of their six siblings have died and only he and Brahmanandam remain. He said he lives alone and hopes his brother will call and ask, 'Anna, how are you?' According to greatandhra.com, Vadan acknowledged Brahmanandam is a busy actor but said he could spare a minute to call. m9.news reported that the video does not explain what caused the rift between the brothers. Brahmanandam is a celebrated comedian with a Padma Shri award and over 1,000 films. Neither source quotes a response from the actor.

## Indian Opinion Analysis

Both sources report Vadan's plea without providing Brahmanandam's side, making this a one-sided family grievance story. m9.news uses emotional language such as 'breaks down' and urges forgiveness, framing the story as a moral lesson, while greatandhra.com gives a straightforward account of Vadan's words. The coverage lacks verification or comment from Brahmanandam, so the public has only Vadan's version. Readers should watch for any statement from the actor or his representatives in the coming days. Note: 94 words.
