# Car stunt video from Emraan Hashmi’s ‘Gunmaster G9’ goes viral 2026-10-13T18:08:17+00:00 | Entertainment | Indian Opinion Desk Corroboration: 2 independent outlets A video from the set of Emraan Hashmi’s upcoming film ‘Gunmaster G9’ has gone viral on social media. The clip shows an SUV suspended from a crane flipping in mid-air and landing on a van below. Reports say Hashmi was present and the car fell very close to him. TV9 Hindi reports the incident without confirming whether it was part of a planned stunt or an accident. Aaj Tak claims the actor narrowly escaped serious injury, though the video does not show him. Neither the makers nor Hashmi have commented on the footage. The romantic action drama, directed by Aditya Datt and also starring Genelia Deshmukh and Aparshakti Khurana, is scheduled for a 27 November release. ## Indian Opinion Analysis Both TV9 Hindi and Aaj Tak report the same set video of an SUV flipping onto a van during the filming of ‘Gunmaster G9’. TV9 Hindi presents the footage as a surprising social-media moment, leaving open whether it was a planned stunt or an accident, and adds that Emraan Hashmi was present nearby. Aaj Tak frames it as a near-miss for the actor, claiming his face narrowly escaped injury, though it notes the video does not show him. Both outlets agree that the makers have not commented. The core difference lies in Aaj Tak’s added hazard claim versus TV9’s neutral framing. The coverage is otherwise uniform in reporting the basic footage. The story leaves viewers without official clarification ahead of the film’s 27 November release. ## Coverage Coverage: 2 sources, 1 neutral, 1 sensationalist - tv9hindi.com (neutral report) Leaves open whether stunt or accident - aajtak.in (sensationalist) Frames as near-miss for the actor This brief was synthesised by AI from the 2 sources linked above, so one read covers every framing they carry.
