# CBI Chargesheets Three NTA Experts Over NEET-UG 2026 Leak

The CBI has filed a chargesheet against 13 people, including three National Testing Agency subject experts, alleging they leaked NEET-UG 2026 questions before the examination. The agency says the questions moved through coaching operators and brokers across several states for large payments. The chargesheet cites PDFs, photographs, Telegram and WhatsApp chats, call records, handwriting analysis and recovered documents. It alleges one deal involved Rs 25 lakh, while a candidate and her father were offered access for Rs 4 lakh. The CBI also alleges weak controls, including multiple experts handling papers during preparation and a lack of live CCTV and frisking. All claims will be tested in court.
