The minister said direct talks with the state government would be held and that breeding and reintroduction would follow National Tiger Conservation Authority guidelines. Preparations are expected to be completed by September 15,with the forest department planning to relocate villages inside the reserve and strengthen the prey base by introducing more spotted deer. Three or six tigers, in a ratio of two females to one male, may be brought from Manas, Kaziranga, or Valmiki parks.
