A section of Punjab Congress workers raised slogans for former chief minister Charanjit Singh Channi at a party programme in Khanna on Saturday, exposing the factional tensions that continue to plague the state unit. The sloganeering took place on the concluding day of Punjab Congress in-charge Bhupesh Baghel's nine-day 'Har Booth Congress Mazboot' tour. Party workers were asked to stop and later walked out of the meeting.
