# Class 12 student stabbed outside Delhi school in mistaken identity

An 18-year-old Class 12 student was stabbed outside a government school in Delhi's Jahangirpuri on Thursday by a Class 8 student who mistook him for another boy. The victim, Raahit, suffered a stab wound below the abdomen and is stable in hospital, police said. Police said the juvenile had quarrelled with another student two days earlier. On Thursday, he came to attack that student, who was absent. Mistaking Raahit for his target, the juvenile stabbed him at the school gate. Police apprehended the minor on the spot.
