A Colorado mother called the police on her fifth-grade son after he refused to pose for a first-day-of-school photograph. Amanda Stolz of Keenesburg asked Officer Jack Ross to help, and he jokingly 'arrested' Colton, briefly handcuffing him and posing him near a police vehicle. Photos shared by Stolz show the boy laughing throughout. The officer reportedly told Colton that refusing a school photo was 'against the law'. The staged interaction was not a real arrest, and no charges were filed. The Keenesburg police chief praised the officer for knowing when to be firm, fair and fun.
