The complex, intended for Central Government employees, is scheduled for completion in 28 months. It will have 1,504 flats in 11 towers, ranging from Type-II to Type-VI, with double-level basement parking. The project will also include a guest house, community hall, retail outlets and facilities for sewage treatment, waste conversion and water management. Plans provide for rooftop solar, energy-efficient systems, fire protection, lifts and IP-based surveillance. The complex is designed for GRIHA 4-Star and ENS+ ratings.
