The Hindu reports that the community has approached the National Human Rights Commission and the National Commission for Minorities over a leaked list of personal data of PM Package employees, circulated online by the terror group TRF. Abdullah said militancy may be declared finished but credible threats remain. Greater Kashmir quoted him citing past targeted killings and urging action against those behind the threats. The administration, through Divisional Commissioner Anshul Garg, said adequate security arrangements are in place for Independence Day.
