Speaking at the 17th CSC Day in Bhubaneswar on Wednesday, he said the state now has over 45,000 CSC centres. He credited them with registering over one crore women under Subhadra Yojana and distributing more than 1.76 crore Ayushman Bharat cards. Mahaling added that CSCs have enabled telemedicine, digital health IDs, and rural healthcare through the National Digital Health Mission. He said the incentive from the Odisha government to CSCs rose from Rs 1 crore to Rs 6.5 crore in two years.
