The Netaji Subhash Setu to Naraj via Brajabiharipur section is estimated at Rs 31.75 crore, with an 11-month deadline. Cuttack Collector Dattatraya Bhausaheb Shinde said about 90% of the land is government-owned, while the remaining 3% to 4% is being pursued through direct purchase. Widening is already underway between Khan Nagar and Malachandia Square, and between Chahata and Madhusudan Setu.
