# Cyril Shroff and IIM Ahmedabad launch GC academy

Cyril Shroff and IIM Ahmedabad signed an MoU on 8 August to establish the Cyril Shroff, IIMA GC Leadership Academy. The academy will offer executive education and research for general counsels, focusing on boardroom leadership, finance, technology, and global peer learning. Shroff, founder of Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas, described it as a step towards institution-building for the legal profession.
