# Lokesh Kanagaraj’s DC crosses Rs 43 cr worldwide in 4 days

Arun Matheswaran's DC, starring Lokesh Kanagaraj in his lead acting debut, has earned Rs 43.90 crore worldwide in four days, according to Sacnilk. The film collected Rs 5.70 crore net in India on Monday (Day 4) from 4,525 shows, taking its India net to Rs 26.65 crore. The Tamil version continues to drive collections with 58% occupancy on Sunday. DC opened with Rs 4.40 crore on Friday and jumped 36.4% on Sunday to Rs 9.55 crore. In comparison, R. Madhavan's GDN has collected Rs 3.15 crore net in India over the same period. DC's Tamil version earned Rs 6.60 crore on Day 3 alone, while its Telugu and Hindi versions added Rs 2.30 crore and Rs 65 lakh respectively. The film's overseas gross stands at Rs 13.25 crore.
