A Delhi court on Friday sought an action-taken report from Delhi Police on activist Harsh Mander's plea seeking an FIR against Assam Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma and BJP MP Nishikant Dubey for alleged hate speech. Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate Paras Dalal of Rouse Avenue Court set the next hearing for August 31.
