Agarwal shared the account on LinkedIn, according to Hindustan Times and Mint. Agarwal says the employee later outperformed everyone on the team for two consecutive quarters. He also praised the worker for being candid with clients about a product’s advantages and limitations. The founder said the employee continues his Saturday activities and family time, and that the experience changed his view of performance and work-life balance.
