# Delhi High Court stays FSSAI ban on Dabur’s ‘100%’ claims

The Delhi High Court on Friday stayed a Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (FSSAI) order that had banned Dabur India from selling products carrying '100%' claims, including honey, cow ghee, and edible oils. Justice Amit Mahajan said the order was passed without giving the company a hearing, violating natural justice. The court noted Dabur has sold these products for decades. The stay will remain until the next hearing on August 24. FSSAI had argued the claims are ambiguous and misleading under the 2018 Advertising and Claims Regulations. Dabur said it had already begun transitioning labels.
