Each facility at Y-Point, Dharampura, Maujpur Chowk, Khajuri Khas Chowk and near Gokalpuri T-Point has 12 to 13 cops deployed round the clock, with two to four equipped with wireless sets. The rest are on standby for immediate response to any incident. Seventy-eight kanwar camps have been set up across the district, 31 fully operational. A total of 1,533 Delhi Police personnel and 250 CAPF personnel are on 24x7 duty. Police have deployed 27 PCR vans, five Prakhar vans and 107 motorcycles for patrolling. All camp organisers must install CCTV cameras and watch towers. Heavy commercial vehicles are restricted or diverted on key roads until August 12.
