Anand Deverakonda's Epic: First Semester will release on September 11, 2026, the same day as his elder brother Vijay Deverakonda's Ranabaali, Republicworld reports. The clash pits two big Telugu films against each other. Epic: First Semester is a spin-off of the web series A Middle Class Biopic. Aditya Haasan makes his directorial debut with the film, which stars Vaishnavi Chaitanya, Sivaji, and Vasuki. Ranabaali, set in 19th-century India, reunites Vijay Deverakonda and Rashmika Mandanna after seven years.
