Dhoot Transmission's Rs 3,067-crore IPO closes today, August 12, 2026. The issue was booked 10.09 times on the final day, with Non-Institutional Investors leading at 31.36 times and retail individual investors at 5.41 times. Qualified Institutional Buyers subscribed only 2.04 times. The price band is Rs 829, 871 per share. The grey market premium is around Rs 258, suggesting a listing gain of nearly 30%. Shares are expected to debut on August 17. Proceeds from the fresh issue of Rs 1,400 crore will largely repay debt, invest in subsidiaries, and set up wiring harness plants in Haryana and Tamil Nadu.
