# DLF Q1 profit rises 4% to Rs 794 crore

DLF’s consolidated net profit rose 4.1% year on year to Rs 793.90 crore in the quarter ended June 30, 2026, from Rs 762.67 crore. Consolidated total income fell 46.1% to Rs 1,605.56 crore. New sales bookings stood at Rs 657 crore, which the company attributed to deferred project launches. DLF expects approvals for planned launches shortly. Its net cash position increased to Rs 15,200 crore, supported by surplus cash generation. The company’s rental portfolio covers about 50 million sq ft and had 95% occupancy. It plans to operationalise three retail destinations totalling about 1.5 million sq ft during the current fiscal.
