# Brothers unleash dog, stab officer in Hyderabad ganja raid

Three brothers were arrested in Hyderabad after they allegedly unleashed a dog on police, stabbed an inspector with a screwdriver and fled across rooftops during a ganja raid. The EAGLE Force operation targeted a ‘dead drop’ network where collectors hid drugs in garbage piles and sent buyers photos of the location. Police seized 14 kg of marijuana and an airgun. Investigators traced the network from a customer’s WhatsApp history. The suspects had 203 clients, of whom 100 were tested. The Hindu reports 79 tested positive for marijuana, while Times of India says 74. Times of India adds that the brothers’ accomplice, Kiran’s wife, was also arrested. The accused had earned about Rs 25 lakh since 2025.
