# ED tells Karnataka HC PMLA authority now has judicial member

The Enforcement Directorate (ED) has informed the Karnataka High Court that a fresh judicial member has been appointed to the PMLA Adjudicating Authority, following the Supreme Court's guidelines in the JSW case. Additional Solicitor General Arvind Kamath made the submission before Justice M. Nagaprasanna on Wednesday.
