Priyanshu Verma, a Ujjain resident working for a road construction company, was waiting for transport at 7.30 pm on July 31 when the incident occurred. The attackers allegedly threatened him with a knife before fleeing. Police said a similar robbery took place two days earlier. Two bike-borne youths allegedly robbed painter Ashok of his mobile phone after offering him a lift towards Karond and stopping near Jail Road.
