Former Victoria's Secret model Martha Hunt is selling her Tribeca condominium for $3.75 million, according to the NY Post. The two-bedroom, three-bathroom home at 5 Franklin Place sits on a cobblestoned alley, offering unusual privacy in Manhattan. Hunt bought the 1,700-sq-ft property for about $3.45 million in 2017. The apartment was redesigned by AD100 designer Giancarlo Valle and featured in Architectural Digest. It has three exposures, 9.5-foot ceilings, and an open kitchen anchored by a chef's layout.
