# Fibe AUM jumps 63% to Rs 8,603 crore ahead of IPO

Digital lending platform Fibe’s assets under management rose 63.31% year on year to Rs 8,603 crore as of March 31, 2026, according to its draft IPO papers. Personal loans made up Rs 6,657 crore, or 77% of the total, while purpose-driven financing contributed Rs 1,946 crore. Fibe’s AUM increased from Rs 4,064 crore in March 2024 to Rs 5,268 crore in March 2025 before the latest rise. Its parent, Social Worth Technologies, filed draft papers with SEBI in June for an IPO comprising a fresh issue of up to Rs 750 crore and an offer for sale of more than four crore shares. The fresh funds would support onward lending through subsidiary ESPL and general corporate purposes.
