# Fire-Boltt’s Boltt Ace 5G and Evo launched in India from Rs 9,999 2026-08-25T11:17:22+00:00 | Technology | Indian Opinion Desk Corroboration: 2 independent outlets Fire-Boltt's sub-brand Boltt has entered the smartphone market with two budget phones in India: the Boltt Ace 5G and Boltt Evo. Aajtak reports the Evo starts at a launch price of Rs 9,999 and the Ace 5G at Rs 12,999. Gadgets360 states both phones go on sale via Flipkart from September 1. Both phones feature a 6.79-inch HD+ display with 120Hz refresh rate and a 6,000mAh battery. The Boltt Ace 5G, as per Aajtak, packs a Unisoc T8200 processor, 64MP rear camera, and 5G connectivity. The Boltt Evo uses a Unisoc T7250 chip, 50MP rear camera, and runs Android 16. Gadgets360 adds the Ace 5G comes in six colours and the Evo in five. ## Indian Opinion Analysis Both sources report the launch neutrally, focusing on specifications and pricing. Aajtak frames the move as a notable entry from a known wearables brand into a competitive budget segment, while Gadgets360 treats it as a standard product launch with sale dates and colour options. The coverage lacks critical scrutiny of build quality, software update policy, or after-sales service, which will matter for buyers choosing an unproven phone brand. ## Coverage Coverage: 2 sources, 2 neutral - aajtak.in (neutral report) Straight product launch coverage, no opinion or criticism - gadgets360.com (neutral report) Straight specs-and-price report, no framing beyond facts This story was synthesised by AI from the 2 sources linked above.
